Do you charge tax at the estate sales? Yes, as a business we are required to charge sales tax on all purchases...Unless we have a hard copy of your valid resale permit. Once you are on file as a reseller, you will not be charged sales tax.

What are the days and hours of the estate

Our estate sales are conducted throughout the course of three days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), (Or Thursday, Friday, Saturday) between the hours of 9am-3pm (Fri.-Sat.) 2pm (Sun) Are there discounts? Yes, Sun or Sat. (50%) What kinds of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MC, and Cash (with ID) Do you offer moving services for items I purchase at the estate sale? No, Pro Estate Services does not move items. However, we can refer you to a number of independent local movers who can provide bids for your specific needs. Please bring help to move purchases our people can not help. Thanks. Do you have a list I can sign up on before the sale? We put a list out at 7am the day of the sale. Some customers will start their own list when they get there before 7am (The reason we want you there--is it keeps people from puttinga list out a day early)--We will transfer to our own when we arrive at 7am. We would like everyone there when we bring the list then you may leave. It makes it fair for everone.
